PHASE ONE

Discovery

Upon check out, we'll collect 33% of the total project fee as a down-payment to hold your spot in our design queue. Once your payment is received, you’ll also be prompted to sign our client agreement and complete your design prep homework. This is where we gather all your design inspiration and get super crystal clear on the design direction for your project!

PHASE two

Strategy

Our design team gets to work on mocking up your website based on all the information gathered from your prep work & during our strategy call. This is a fancy way of saying we’ll use our creative juices to make your dream website come to life. Once mockups are completed, Angelique will send over a video presentation of the website for you to review & sign off on.

PHASE Three

Design

Once your website design is signed off on, we’ll get to work on building and developing your website. This is where our team does all the backend magic to get your website up and running on Squarespace, Webflow or Kajabi. We'll also do a triple take to make sure sure all links are working, all copy/imagery are optimized for all screen sizes, and everything checks out for you to launch!

PHASE Four

Launch

We’ll do a final design run through of your site & package up all your design assets! This means colors, fonts and your text-based logo so that you can maintain a cohesive look across all platforms! Once you’re crying tears of joy, we’ll make your website LIVE and hand off all of your design assets so you can finally share your brand new website to the world with confidence!

  • We know good design is an investment, but I promise it’s an investment that will last the lifetime of your business!

    We do not offer discounts, but we do offer 3 and 4 month payment plans to help ease the financial pressure. If you need a longer payment plan, reach out to us and we’ll figure out a way to make it happen!

  • The sooner the better! Our design queue is often booked out a few weeks/months in advance. However our lead up time to our project start date will give you time for you to fill out our discovery questionnaire and gather brand assets such as professional photography, etc.

    If you’re not quite ready to launch and would like to launch in a few months time, then you can also book a few months in advance to ensure you secure your spot.

  • The designer you choose is completely up to you! If you align with my design style, like my previous work in my portfolio here, or are a heart-led entrepreneur or practitioner that wants to make a bigger impact, then I think we’d be a good fit!

    I have a very compassionate and nurturing approach to design, as I want you to feel supported every step of the way!

  • There MAY be additional costs associated with your project depending on what you already have. For your website, you will have to pay for your domain, your hosting plan (i.e. Squarespace or Kajabi).

    If you’d like to integrate emails/CRM, then you’ll need to pay for an email platform such as Flodesk or ConvertKit. If you’d like to setup a booking integration then you’ll need to pay for a scheduling platform, such as Squarespace Scheduling (previously Acuity) or Calendly.

    For branding, you may need to buy a font license for your updated brand fonts.

  • I know good design is an investment that will last the lifetime of your business, and I completely understand if you have a smaller budget! I don’t offer discounts on my set packages, however, I occasionally accept smaller projects on a case-by-case basis depending on my availability and if I think we’re a good fit.

  • We DO NOT offer logo design as a standalone offer, because we truly believe branding goes WAAAY beyond just a logo. Branding is truly all about giving you a strategy that allows you to cohesively show up across all consumer touchpoints.

  • We prefer to design on Squaresp ce, Kajabi, or Webflow for ease-of-use upon hand-off. We don’t believe in gatekeeping your website and want to give you full control over your website upon handoff, which is why we choose these platforms.

    If you need a website built on another platform such as Wordpress or any other platform, reach out to us and we’ll see if we can work with a developer in our network to make it happen!
