  • All tiers include messaging access to us in Slack

  • All hours must be used within the quarter and do not roll over to the next quarter

  • Services listed above are just examples of how you can use your hours per quarter. If you have any other ideas where you need our support -- then just reach out and let us know!

  • New branding and website builds for any new brands are not included in quarterly design support. If you are launching a new brand, please inquire via our application form.

  • You can use all of your hours in one month, or spread it out over the quarter. Up to you!

  • To ensure we can meet your launch deadlines, please aim to lock in important dates at the start of every quarter so we can ensure our team is available to meet your needs.

  • We only re-open cart to quarterly design support 3-4 weeks prior to the start of a new quarter

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: If you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date by submitting a cancellation form (no questions asked).

  • RENEWAL POLICY: Your subscription will automatically renew for the next quarter unless otherwise stated

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Quarterly design support is a quarterly subscription billed every 3 months where you get first priority in our calendar for any design needs! You’ll get messaging access to us in Slack, so you can communicate any upcoming design needs quickly and efficiently.

    At the beginning of each quarter, you’ll be able to submit your projects using our project request form so we can add your launch dates into our calendar and plan our work accordingly!

  • Yes! You can upgrade your hours before the quarter ends, you’ll just need to pay the difference in package prices!

  • We have a design retainer menu here that you can reference at any time to help plan how many hours you’ll need for your upcoming projects. Please note the hours there are estimates, and the final hours will be tracked using our internal time tracking app in Clickup

    If you have several launch deadlines where you’ll need several design assets (i.e. sales pages, launch graphics, email banners, slides, etc.), then I’d recommend booking the Growth or Scale package!

  • If you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date by submitting a cancellation form—no questions asked!

  • No. We ONLY offer design support to past clients who have already completed a branding and/or web projects with Angelique or the Brandify Team. This ensures you get all the dedicated attention you need to have us on your team whenever you need us!

  • With quarterly design support you get first priority in our calendar— which means any important launch dates or deadlines you have in mind will be able to be met. Plus you’ll save by buying hours in bulk, instead of buying a project a la carte

    If you inquire directly for a la carte services (outside of design support), our availability depends on a number of factors. Therefore, we cannot promise that we will be available for you to meet those important dates.

  • If it’s design related then the short answer is YES. We have a design retainer menu here that you can reference at any time to help guide how many hours you’ll need for your upcoming projects.

    Please note the hours there are estimates, and the final hours will be tracked using a time tracking app.

    ** Hours cannot be used on NEW branding or NEW web builds

  • This round of quarterly design support starts on January 6, 2025 and goes until March 31st, 2025

  • At the beginning of the quarter we’ll send you our project request form where you’ll let us know about any upcoming launches and important dates. This ensures we can allocate enough time in our schedule to meet your design needs for your project.

    We will also have a dedicated Slack channel for all project communications so we never miss a beat!
